Temporary modifications relating to the appointment of the Drainage Council N.I.

7.  Paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 1 to the Drainage (Northern Ireland) Order 1973 M1 applies to the appointment of members of the Drainage Council in 2015 as if for the words “the date on which a local general election is held in that year under section 11(2) of the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962” there were substituted “ 1st April 2015 ”.
