Amendments in consequence of the Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011
43. In regulation 97(4)(a)(i) for “the announcement of Her Majesty’s intention to dissolve Parliament” substitute “the dissolution of Parliament in accordance with section 3(1) of the Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011()”.
