110.  In each of articles 193(1) (other exemptions) and 205(7)(a) (recoverable property: general exceptions) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (External Requests and Orders) Order 2005(1), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority or the Bank of England”.
