SCHEDULE 2Amendments of subordinate legislation

The Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009

157.  In the Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009(1)—

(a)in Schedule 1 (specified public authorities)—

(i)for “the Financial Services Authority;” substitute—

the Financial Conduct Authority;

the Prudential Regulation Authority;;;

(ii)in the entry beginning “any person exercising functions conferred by Part 6 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (official listing)” omit the words “or the competent authority under that Part”;

(iii)in the entry beginning “a person appointed to make a report under section 166”, after “section 166” insert “or 166A”;

(b)in paragraph 7(b) of Schedule 2 (conditions for permitted disclosure), for “rules made pursuant to section 146 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (money laundering rules)” substitute “rules made pursuant to section 137A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(2) which relate to the prevention and detection of money laundering in connection with the carrying on of regulated activities by authorised persons”.

Section 146 of FSMA 2000 was repealed by section 24 of the Financial Services Act 2012.
