176. In regulation 8 (provisions supplementing regulations 5 and 7) of the General Insurers’ Technical Provisions (Appropriate Amount) (Tax) Regulations 2009(1), for paragraph (6) substitute—
“(6) In paragraph (5), “IPRU (INS)” means the Interim Prudential Sourcebook for Insurers made by the Prudential Regulation Authority under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.”.
