240.  In paragraph 7(1)(e) of Schedule 5 to the Iraq (United Nations Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2012(1) (evidence and information), for “the Financial Services Authority of the United Kingdom” substitute “the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom, the Prudential Regulation Authority of the United Kingdom”.
