37.  In the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes) (Exemptions) Order 2001(1)—

(a) in article 30, for “Authority” substitute “FCA”;

(b) in the Schedule, in each place, for “by the Financial Services Authority” substitute “under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000”.
