The Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003

81.  In article 63 of the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003(1) (general restrictions on disclosure of information)—

(a) in paragraph (5)(j) for “Financial Services Authority.” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority;”;

(b) after paragraph (5)(j) insert—

“(k) the Prudential Regulation Authority.”.
