SCHEDULE 2 Amendments of subordinate legislation

The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004

94.  In the Annex to Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004(1) for “Financial Services Authority” substitute—

“Financial Conduct Authority.

Prudential Regulation Authority.

The Bank of England in its capacity as a regulator of recognised clearing houses within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.”.
