25.  In paragraph 11(1)(d) of Schedule 4 to the Magistrates’ Courts (Enforcement or Variation of Orders Made in Family Proceedings and Miscellaneous Provisions) Rules 2011(1) (confidentiality of documents) for “the Legal Services Commission” substitute “the Director of Legal Aid Casework (within the meaning of section 4 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012)”.
