3. In Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the European Communities (Lawyer’s Practice) Regulations 2000(1) (enactments relating to the provision of legal advice and assistance and legal aid) at the end of the list of enactments insert “Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012”.
