4. In regulation 44(2) of the Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1), for “the Legal Services Commission” substitute “the Director of Legal Aid Casework (within the meaning of section 4 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012)”.
