3. In section 87(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (exemption of fire brigade, ambulance and police vehicles from speed limits)(1), for “a relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5))” substitute “the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service”.
