68. In paragraph 1(c)(i) of Schedule 12 to the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 (advance notice to Police)(1), for “the same meaning as in the Police (Scotland) Act 1967”, substitute “means the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland”.
