S.I. 1995/2869. Paragraph 6 of Schedule 3 has been amended by the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/2060), Schedule 1, Part 2, paragraph 9. There are other amendments to Schedule 3 not relevant to this Order.
