86. In paragraph 3(2)(b) of Schedule 4 to the Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006 (sums disregarded from claimant’s earnings)(1), for “a fire” to second “Act” substitute “the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service”.
