Vehicle Drivers (Certificates of Professional Competence) Regulations 2007

87.  In regulation 2(1) of the Vehicle Drivers (Certificates of Professional Competence) Regulations 2007 (interpretation)(1), in the definition of “fire and rescue authority”—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “Great Britain” substitute “England and Wales”;

(b) omit “and” at the end of that sub-paragraph; and

(c) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“and

(c) in relation to Scotland, means the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service;”.
