16. In section 107(3)(k) of the Finance Act 1981 (sale of houses at discount by local authorities etc.)(1), for “or a police authority” to “1967” substitute “the Scottish Police Authority”.

Section 107(3)(k) has been amended by the Police Act 1996 (c.16), Schedule 7, paragraph 33, the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 2000 (c.32), Schedule 6, paragraph 7 and the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (c.13), Schedule 16, paragraph 145. There are other amendments to section 107 not relevant to this Order.
