Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002

38.  In section 5A(5) of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 (disclosure of information to the Commission)(1), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland;”.
