In sections 94(3)(a) (Part 2: supply of information to Secretary of State etc. for verification)(1) and 95(2)(a) (Part 2: supply of information by Secretary of State etc.)(2) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 for “a chief constable” substitute “the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland”.
2003 c.42. Section 94(3) has been amended by the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c.15), Schedule 4, paragraph 194 and by the Police and Justice Act 2006 (c.48), Schedule 1, paragraph 90. There are other amendments to section 94 not relevant to this Order.
Section 95(2) has been amended by the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c.15), Schedule 4, paragraph 195. There are other amendments to section 95 not relevant to this Order.
