93. In regulation 5(8) of the Road Vehicles (Approval) Regulations 2009 (scope of the regulations)(1), in the definition of “fire and rescue authority”—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a), omit head (ii); and
(b)after sub-paragraph (b), insert—
“and
(c)in Scotland means the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service;”.
