A constable or special constable of the British Transport Police Force who, before the relevant day has made a declaration in pursuance of section 24(4) or, as the case may be, 25(4) of the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003257 is, on and after that day, to be treated as having made the declaration required by section 10 of the 2012 Act.
