PART 2 AMENDMENTS OF PRIMARY LEGISLATION

Amendment of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999

15.  In section 72(3) of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 (supply of information for certain purposes)(1)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (c), delete “or”; and

(b) after paragraph (d) insert—

“, or

(e) Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012.”.
