The Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Bankruptcy) (No.2) Regulations 200266 are amended as follows.

In regulation 5(3)(b) (exclusion orders: England and Wales), after “an income-related benefit” insert “or universal credit under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012”.

In regulation 14(3)(b) (exclusion orders: Scotland), after “an income-related benefit” insert “or universal credit under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012”.
