Amendment of the Criminal Defence Service (Recovery of Defence Costs Orders) Regulations 2001

63.  In regulation 4(3)(b) of the Criminal Defence Service (Recovery of Defence Costs Orders) Regulations 2001(1), after paragraph (iii) omit “or” and after paragraph (iv) insert—

“; or

(v) universal credit under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012 ”.
