63. In regulation 4(3)(b) of the Criminal Defence Service (Recovery of Defence Costs Orders) Regulations 2001(1), after paragraph (iii) omit “or” and after paragraph (iv) insert—
“; or
(v)universal credit under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012 ”.
