This Order may be cited as the Public Bodies (Abolition of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Arbitration Tribunal) Order 2013.

Subject to paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 comes into force on the day after that on which the other provisions of this Order come into force.
