Section 92 of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 (advisory committee on valuation of improvements and tenant-right matters) is repealed.

In Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 20003, in the list in Part 6 (bodies that are public authorities for the purposes of the Act), the entry relating to the Committee on Agricultural Valuation is repealed.

In Schedule 1 to the Public Bodies Act 2011 (power to abolish: bodies and offices), the entry relating to the Committee on Agricultural Valuation is repealed.
