Transitional and saving provisions for provisions coming into force on 5th April 201515
Section 126(2) to (4) (further amendments) of the 2014 Act does not have effect in relation to—
a
children whose expected week of birth ends on or before 4th April 2015;
b
children placed for adoption on or before 4th April 2015.
