Amendments of Schedule 2 to the 2004 Regulations

29.  In paragraph 2 (general requirements for applications for an absent vote), in sub-paragraph (2)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (c) omit “and”; and

(b) at the end of paragraph (d) insert—

“; and

(e) where the applicant has, or has applied for, an anonymous entry, that fact.”.
