The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions Act 20101.

A draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 7 of that Act.
