Provisions coming into force on 6th March 2014

2.  Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Schedule 1 to, and section 7(2) (so far as relating to those paragraphs) of, the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 come into force on 6th March 2014.
