Revocations E+W

25.— [F1 (1)] The following are revoked—

(a) the 2010 Regulations,

(b) the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 M1 ,

(c) regulation 11 of the Care Quality Commission (Registration) and (Additional Functions) and Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 M2 , and

(d) the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 M3 .

[F2 (2) Despite the revocation in paragraph (1)(a), the definitions of “nursing care” and “personal care” in regulation 2 of the 2010 Regulations (interpretation) are to continue to have effect so far as necessary for the purposes of section 73 of the Care Act 2014 (Human Rights Act 1998: provision of regulated care or support etc a public function).]
