Amendments to other enactments

13.  In section 408 (transfers of property, rights or liabilities) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999(1)—

(a) omit paragraphs (gb), (gc) and (gd) in subsection (3); and

(b) omit subsections (9) and (10).
