16.  Section 14(2) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004(1) (immigration officer: power of arrest) is amended as follows—

(a)omit paragraph (b)(iv); and

(b)before paragraph (c), insert—

“(ba)an offence under section 24(A1) of the Marriage (Scotland) Act 1977 (c.15) (offences)(2),”.
