Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Lord President of the Council makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 333(2A) and paragraph 16 of Schedule 4B to the Town and Country Planning Act 19901 and section 38A(3) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 20042.
In accordance with paragraph 16(5) of Schedule 4B to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Lord President of the Council has consulted the Electoral Commission.
In accordance with section 333(3A) of the Town and Country Planning Act 19903, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
