Amendments to the 2012 Regulations11
In Part 2 of Schedule 4, in each of paragraphs 2, 7, 16, 19 and 22 for “the Local Authorities (Conduct of Referendums) (England) Regulations 2001” (in each place those words appear in those paragraphs) substitute “the Local Authorities (Conduct of Referendums) (England) Regulations 201216”.
