1.  This Order may be cited as the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Commencement No. 6, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2014.

Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2014U.K.

2.—(1) The following provisions of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (so far as not already brought into force) come into force on 1st April 2014—

(a)in Part 3 (the Competition and Markets Authority)—

(b)in Part 4 (competition reform)—

(c)Schedule 4 (the Competition and Markets Authority);

(d)Schedules 5 to 13 (amendments relating to Part 3, Part 4, etc.);

(e)paragraphs 1 to 19 and 23 to 29 of Schedule 14 (regulators: use of powers under the 1998 Act); and

(f)Schedule 15 (minor and consequential amendments: Part 4).

(2) The Schedule contains transitional provisions and savings relating to the provisions brought into force by paragraph (1).

3.  The following provisions of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 come into force on 6th April 2014—

(a)section 60 (listed buildings in England: agreements and orders granting listed building consent);

(b)section 61 (listed buildings in England: certificates of lawfulness);

(c)section 66 (Equality Act 2010(1): obtaining information for proceedings);

(d)Schedule 16 (local listed building consent orders: procedure); and

(e)paragraphs 11 and 14 to 19 of Schedule 17 (consequential amendments to the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990(2)) and section 63 so far as relating to those paragraphs.
