Coal Industry Act 1994

113.  In section 59 of the Coal Industry Act 1994 (information to be kept confidential by the Authority)(1)—

(a) in subsection (3)(e)—

(i) omit sub-paragraph (iv), and

(ii) in sub-paragraph (v), for “the Office of Fair Trading” substitute “the Competition and Markets Authority”; and

(b) in subsection (4), after paragraph (r), insert—

“(s) Parts 3 and 4 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013”.
