Channel Tunnel Rail Link Act 1996

114.  In section 21 of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link Act 1996 (duties as to exercise of regulatory functions)(1), in subsection (7), for “the Office of Fair Trading” substitute “the Competition and Markets Authority”.

1996 c. 61. Section 21 is amended by Schedule 10 to the Competition Act 1998, Schedule 25 to the Enterprise Act 2002 and Schedule 2 to the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003. There are other amendments to section 21 but none is relevant to this Order.
