Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000

133.  The Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000(1) is amended as follows.

2000 c. 23. Sections 32 to 37, 40, 46 and 48 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 were amended by s. 199 of the Enterprise Act 2002. There are other amendments to those sections but none is relevant to this Order.
