171.—(1) Section 111 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 (disclosure of information: general restrictions)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (4)—
(i)in paragraph (d), for “Office of Fair Trading” substitute “Competition and Markets Authority”, and
(ii)omit paragraph (e).
(3) In subsection (6), at the end, insert—
“(p)Parts 3 and 4 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.”
