236.  In Article 8A (duty on the Authority to have regard to the need for consultation and co-operation with other authorities)(1), in paragraph (3), in the definition of “relevant national authority”—

(a) for “any” substitute “either”,

(b) omit paragraph (a), and

(c) in paragraph (c), for “Office of Fair Trading” substitute “CMA”.
