25.  In Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records)(1), in Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3, omit “Competition Commission” and “Office of Fair Trading”.

1958 c 51. An entry for “Competition and Markets Authority” is inserted into Part 2 of the Table in Schedule 2 by Schedule 4 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013. There are other amendments to Schedule 2 not relevant to this Order.
