47.  In section 27 (modification by order under other enactments)(1), in subsection (1ZA)(b), after “the market” insert “or markets”.

Section 27 was substituted by Schedule 3 to the Gas Act 1995 (c. 45) and subsequently amended by Schedule 9 to the Enterprise Act 2002 and Schedule 6 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013. There are other amendments to section 27 but none is relevant to this Order.
