63.  In section 3F (Authority to consult and cooperate with other authorities)(1), in subsection (3), in the definition of “relevant national authority”—

(a) omit paragraph (a), and

(b) in paragraph (c), for “the Office of Fair Trading” substitute “the CMA”.
