Contempt of court proceedings
7. In transferred proceedings for contempt of court, where the alleged contempt of court occurred before the transfer date, section 14 of the Contempt of Court Act 1981(1) shall apply as if it had not been amended by paragraph 53 of Schedule 10 to the 2013 Act.
