In regulation 2(1) of the Service Charges (Consultation Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2004 M1 in the definition of “public notice” for “in the Official Journal of the European Union pursuant to the Public Contracts Regulations 2006” substitute “ by the Publications Office of the EU pursuant to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ”.
