17.  In regulation 9 of the Quality Contracts Tendering Schemes (Tendering Requirements) (England) Regulations 2009 M1 for “the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 or the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 M2 ” substitute “ the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006, the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 or Part 2 or 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ”.
