These Regulations may be cited as the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Amendment) Regulations 2015.

Regulations 2(5)(c), 2(13), (14) and (15)(j), 6 and 9 come into force on 9th January 2016 and all other regulations come into force on 9th July 2015.

Regulations 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 apply only where the contract to which the dispute relates was entered into on or after 9th July 2015.

These Regulations have the same extent as the provisions that they amend.
